Library 02 - Where I Find My Inner Drive

We presenting the second issue of our Library series where we compile music from our POOL members, friends and guests. Library is one of an array of music project we realize under the name POOLtracks, as part of the POOL Berlin.

Art finds its origin in the creativity that every human carries within himself. If this creativity is stimulated by the magic of inspiration, art can come into being. However, this process is not a self-runner, but must be driven by a lot of energy. This drive can have many forms and has a significant influence on the outcome of the creative process, the work of art itself. Artists draw the energy from a variety of sources to realize their visions. External influences, such as recognition by others or the joy to give pleasure to others, can be as motivating as internal influences, such as mastering a challenge or perfecting a skill. All these drives have a direct impact on the creative process and the decisions inherent in it and could be a driving force or become an obstacle in the artistic endeavor. Knowing the core of your motivation helps you making decisions and makes it easier for you to get fully involved with your art. For Library #2 we collected six pieces from artists with different backgrounds, ages, gender and origin, thus resulting in a colorful and yet vibrant collection of tracks, which will ignite your imagination without further ado.
